Hello,I'm Miki"Panda"

 I am a cook who has been involved in cooking as a store manager of an izakaya in Japan for 13 years.

I'm still an inexperienced cook, but on this site I would like to introduce you to Japanese home-cooked recipes.

I first met cooking when I was 7 years old.  Tamagoyaki, which I made while being taught by my father, was the first dish I made.

The reason I opened this site was because I made friends with an Italian female chef, so I thought about opening this site.

She is a great chef and a dear friend to me.And I love talking to her about cooking.

While I was talking to her, I wanted more people to know about Japanese home cooking.

I hope more people are interested in my site.
